A: Yes. There are races of every color and appearance in Galactic Federation, but it's wise to resist human racist tendencies. We are souls who have lived as every "race" and there is actually one human race with a variety of features.

A: Open contact happens at the Shift when human consciousness can accept and understand. The truth I’m sharing isn’t about requiring physical evidence.
